Aside from the obvious reasons, don’t forget that although we’ve been on the scene for almost a decade as a band, we’re still of your generation‐ yes ‐you who are on the road to being married.

That means that we get exactly what you mean when you say that you want that “00s millennium whopper” that was a hit back in the day because that was our day too.

It’s pretty rare to find this double-sided coin, a band with our experience but also our fortunate position to be in tap and tune with the current generation of to‐be‐weds.

If you fancy hearing the boys and their unique sound LIVE, make sure to catch the next Jaker showcase:

DATE: Sunday 11th June 2023

VENUE: Clonsilla Inn, Weavers Row, Clonsilla, Dublin 15

From Dublin, Paul has been playing music since the age of 7 along side his twin brother Neil. Paul has achieved a degree in Music at D.I.T Dubin and later studied sound production and Music Technology at The institude of Arts, Design and Technology Dún Laoghaire. Alongside Neil, Paul has fronted Jaker & Co for over 10 years and knows exactly how to work a crowd and get them on his side with his high energy and huge repertoire of songs.

Born and reared in Dublin, coming from a very musical family, Neil has also been playing music since the age of 7.  He achieved a Bachelor of Music Degree @ D.I.T and also later studied at BIMM Music College Dublin. Played in his very first band Emerald in 1998 along side his twin brother Paul who he still shares the stage with 22 years later. Neil is a multi-instrumentalist but bass guitar is his main instrument. He is also trained in traditional Irish and Folk music so if a session was to ever break out you're in good hands!

Darren is a Kildare based musician who has grown up with music all his life. He has sung and played guitar in venues across the country for over 20 years and enjoys nothing more than entertaining a room full of people. He loves to leave an event knowing that each and every way to get your guests out dancing and enjoying the celebration has been achieved. With a huge repertoire of songs on demand, he can respond and expertly play to what people want on the night.

Dave is from Dublin. He grew up in a home surrounded by music of every genre you can imagine. Originally started out as a keyboard player but soon realised making loud noise with a drum kit was his passion! Influenced from bands and artists such as Toto, Zac Brown Band and Stevie Wonder, Dave has over 15 years experience behind the kit and looks forward to laying down a tight groove every show with the lads.

Have a listen...

We just want to say a big thank you to Jaker & Co for playing at our Wedding. They were simply amazing and really got the party going. Their energy was incredible and they went into banging song after song ! All our guests were so impressed with them and commented how their vocals and skills were amazing. They were very good at reading the crowd and played the choons they wanted to hear. We had such a great night and enjoyed every moment-needless to say there were sore feet from dancing so much the next day! We would highly recommend them- You will not be disappointed!
